Hello Guild War players! Ministers of Conspiracy was originally supposed to be created for me and a couple of my friends but we need more of you guys! We are very soon to get our cape and will post a picture of it on this post once we get it. We play Guild Wars for fun but would sometime like to obtain a guild hall. We use ingame chat for talk, no TS or anything like that even though we do have xfire. It is not required to have that though.
